What is the lease term?

The standard lease term is 1 year with the option for further extension.


Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit equivalent to one monthly payment is required upon signing the lease agreement. It is held for the entire lease period and is refunded upon move-out, subject to the terms of the agreement.


How does the office booking process work?

After selecting an office, you provide us with your company details and the desired move-in date. We prepare the lease agreement and guide you through the signing process. An invoice for the rent is then issued, and on the move-in day you receive the keys to your office.


Can the office be customized to suit your needs?

Yes, you can organize the space according to your business needs, subject to approval by the business center administration. It is important that any changes align with the overall concept and aesthetics of the building. Any subsequent improvements (such as partitions, space reconfiguration, modernization of window structures, interior finishing changes, and other modifications) are carried out at the tenant’s expense and remain in the premises.


Is advertising allowed in the business center?

There are restrictions on the placement of advertising materials in order to maintain a unified concept and aesthetic of the space. In certain cases, individual requests may be considered subject to approval by the business center administration.


Is there access to the building outside of working hours?

Yes, tenants have 24/7 access to the building. Security is ensured by a video surveillance system, access control, and security services.


How is parking organized for tenants and their guests?

The business center offers a secured parking area for tenants with barrier access and vehicle recognition system. Parking spaces are allocated based on the leased area. Guest access can be arranged upon request.


When can furniture be moved in or out?

Furniture move-in and move-out are arranged at agreed times. As a rule, large items are handled on weekdays after 6:00 PM or at any convenient time on weekends, subject to prior coordination with the business center administration.


Which internet providers are available?

Several providers are available in the business center, including Transtelecom, Freedom Telecom, Jusan Mobile, and IT Generation, allowing you to choose the most suitable option for your business. If needed, we are also open to considering additional providers upon request.
